Colgate Total® Shakes Up Its “Simplemente Saludable” Initiative And Unveils Its New Advanced Health Mouthwash

Colgate Total® is shaking things up this spring with the second year of its Simplemente Saludable (Simply Healthy) program and unveiling of its new Advanced Health™ Mouthwash. This year, the brand is partnering with TV host Karla Martinez, nutritionist and entrepreneur Chef Lala, yoga instructor and entrepreneur Yudy Arias, and dentist Karent Sierra, to educate and empower Latinas to invest in healthy lifestyles, beginning with proper oral health.

Colgate Total® Advanced Health Mouthwash builds on the multi-use trend seen in many health and beauty products. This mouthwash contains two-layer technology; combining freshening power with germ killing ingredients. To activate the formula, simply shake the bottle, gargle the mouthwash, and rinse to remove 24x more bacteria* for a healthier mouth.

To support the launch of Colgate Total® Advanced Health Mouthwash, the Simplemente Saludable program will emphasize to Latinas how “It’s All About That Shake,” highlighting simple ways to shake up your health and wellness routine for better overall health.

Karla will speak on women’s empowerment and self-help. Karent will open up about the best oral health routine and tips for a healthier smile. Chef Lala will provide nutritious ways to enjoy traditional Latin cuisine. Finally, Yoga instructor Yudy will share new at-home exercise routines. All of this can be found on the expert’s social media channels and Colgate’s bilingual Twitter account @SonrisaColgate.

“We’re incredibly excited to introduce the new Colgate Total® Advanced Health Mouthwash alongside the relaunch of our Simplemente Saludable initiative,” said Carla Kelly, General Manager Multi-Cultural Marketing at Colgate-Palmolive. “By leveraging our panel of successful Latina influencers, we will be able to shake up the health and wellness routines of Latinas nationwide in an effort to engage, educate and reinvigorate their commitment to proper oral health as well as physical and mental wellness.”
