Frank Family Vineyards receives top accolades in Wine & Spirits’ 28th Annual Restaurant Poll
Napa Valley-based Frank Family Vineyards has received top rankings in three individual categories in Wine & Spirits’ 28th Annual Restaurant Poll, the results of which were released in the April issue of Wine & Spirits. For the fifth consecutive year, Frank Family gained momentum in the Restaurant Top 50 and ranked #13 on this list, while placing #20 in the most popular by-the-glass selections group, and #6 in the most popular Cabernet Sauvignon category.
The 2017 Wine & Spirits Annual Restaurant Poll is a compilation of data collected from 232 top national restaurateurs who provide the magazine with a list of their ten top-selling wines in the last quarter of 2016 and top-selling by-the-glass selections, among other observations relating their customers’ wine buying habits.
Last year, Frank Family Vineyards placed #32 in the Restaurant Top 50 overall, and its Cabernet Sauvignon ranked #19 on the most popular Cabernet Sauvignon list.
“This represents a fantastic effort by both our winemaking team and our national sales staff,” says Rich Frank. “As a small family-owned winery competing with thousands of wineries for placements in restaurants across the nation, being named #13 most popular winery on the Restaurant Top 50 is a huge accomplishment. We’re thrilled that diners are turning to Frank Family wines for their consistency of quality and food-friendliness.”
