From the very beginning nearly 25 years ago, P.F. Chang’s has prepared its food only one way – from scratch, using only fresh, wholesome ingredients. It’s the full-service Asian restaurant industry leader’s Farm to WokTM food philosophy, and P.F. Chang’s is spending August telling customers all about it, highlighted by its Farm to WokTM sweepstakes where one lucky winner will win a two-night trip for two to Napa Valley, Calif. “Farm to WokTM has been our food philosophy since day one, and it’s the foundation on which P.F. Chang’s was built,” said Dwayne Chambers, P.F. Chang’s chief marketing officer. “Our goal with the Farm to WokTM sweepstakes is to continue to educate our guests that every P.F. Chang’s restaurant has a scratch kitchen and chefs who are preparing food fresh every day, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and hand-rolling sushi.”

The sweepstakes winner will receive roundtrip airfare for two, $500 cash, and a private Farm to WokTM dinner prepared by P.F. Chang’s executive chef, Yuji Iwasa. Daily prizes also will be awarded, including P.F. Chang’s gift cards and bonus sweepstakes entries. Everyone who registers will receive an offer for a free appetizer with the purchase of an entrée.

In addition to registering for the sweepstakes, guests who visit pfchangs.com/farmtowok will learn about P.F. Chang’s Farm to WokTM food philosophy through daily trivia contests and compelling videos that highlight the fresh ingredients, the 2,000-year-old tradition of wok cooking, and share the story of some of the people who provide P.F. Chang’s with its fresh ingredients.

Guests also will have a chance to win $100 P.F. Chang’s gift cards by simply sharing a photo of their P.F. Chang’s meal, their favorite menu item, or any Asian-inspired meal on Instagram or Twitter using the hashtags #FARMTOWOK and #SWEEPSTAKES.
