Annual All-American Classic Returns in 2017: The original Super Chevy Show auto show April 7 – October 14, 2017

The Enthusiast Network announces an All-American original returns in 2017 for the 31st annual original Super Chevy Show auto show tour that will once again bring together the largest collection of Chevrolet vehicles in one place as part of the multi-day, multi-location event that has grown to include eight markets across the U.S. Starting in Memphis on Friday, April 7 and continuing through eight cities until the final event October 13-14 in Tucson, Ariz.

This exciting event with fun for the whole family includes drag racing for cash prizes, a swap meet, a Chevrolet-focused performance marketplace and more. Classes will cover everything Chevy and Chevy-powered, from classics and original restorations to the Gen 6 Camaro, street rods, trucks and customs with registered competitors vying to take home the best in class award and win a coveted Super Chevy Show jacket. The Super Chevy Show tour is the premier event that is directly connected to the legendary and wildly popular SUPER CHEVY magazine and SUPERCHEVY.com website.

“With the open Test n’ Tune for all makes and models on Friday night, and then a weekend with the greatest collection of Chevy racers and show cars at any Chevy show in the nation, the Super Chevy Show is always the show we want to feature,” said Steven Rupp, Editor, SUPER CHEVY.

The continued success and demand for the original Super Chevy Show auto show has lead to the addition of more cities to its annual schedule of events. The tour starts in Memphis on April 7 and continues through Palm Beach, Fla., Martin, Minn., Cordova, Ill., Hebron, Ohio, Budds Creek, Md. and Rockingham, N.C. until the final event on October 13-14 in Tucson, Ariz.

Following the increased interest from their participants, fans and sponsors, the tracks that are part of the 31st annual Super Chevy Show auto show tour return to “the fold” to be involved with the SUPER CHEVY editorial team who started it all. Each stop will feature a Friday night Test n’ Tune open to all makes and models, followed on Saturday with Chevy participant drag racing with multiple classes and cash purses, a professionally judged car show with multiple payout levels, a non-judged “Show ‘N’ Shine,” an automotive swap meet, a PRO Show with jet cars and wheelstanders and more. Not only will spectators get the car show they’ve been waiting for at each stop, but they will experience SUPER CHEVY staff handing out special Editor’s Choice awards to a select few car show entries, and lucky entrants may have their cars selected to become a feature story in the magazine and online.

With many drivers already signed up, those interested in joining the excitement can register now at www.raceit.com.
