Users can steam, whip, mix, stir, simmer and more thanks to its five attachments designed with specific cooking tasks in mind: a steam basket for gentle steaming, a serrated knife kneader for ice and dough, a whisk for mixing and whipping cream, a stirrer designed to replicate the motion of hand-stirring, and the Ultrablade knife for chopping, mincing and slicing. Equipped with a robust 300-recipe cookbook with over one million menu options, the Prep&Cook features six automatic programs (sauce, soup, simmer, steam, pastry and dessert), that simplifies even the most labor-intensive dishes with minimal clean-up. For example, the machine allows users to create a creamy risotto in 30 minutes without the need for manual stirring. For those who are more adventurous in the kitchen or want to re-create specific recipes, it is also possible to select settings (time, temperature and speed) or adjust a program parameter to suit users’ needs.
