Summer Cocktails Celebrate The Season In Style
Brockmans Gin, one of the UK’s fastest growing super-premium gins, is celebrating summer in style with the debut of two deliciously original cocktails that compliment and enhance the botanicals and berries that combine to make Brockmans ‘a gin like no other’.
First up on the menu is the Brockmans Curious Blue, a sophisticated summer concoction featuring blueberry liqueur, lemon juice, blueberry puree and ginger beer that combine to superbly compliment the distinct berry notes of Brockmans Gin. The addition of dry ice pellets adds a mystifying smoky magic to this inspired summer cocktail.
The Brockmans Curious Blue
2 parts Brockmans Gin
½ part Blueberry liqueur
½ part Lemon juice
3 parts Blueberry puree (bought in a sachet or home-made)
3 parts Ginger beer
Dry ice pellets
Shake the first 4 ingredients with ice. Strain into a tall Collins glass filled with a few dry ice pellets topped with ice cubes and top with the ginger beer. Garnish with a mint sprig and a knotted bamboo skewer or a cocktail stick with 3 blueberries.
Equally stylish and refreshing, the Brockmans Herbal Sour is a delicious high summer cocktail made with gomme, a classic and more sophisticated alternative to simple syrup, along with hints of muddled ginger and tarragon that pair beautifully with Brockmans unique botanical character.
