BROCKMANS FIERY SIDE
2 oz. Brockmans Gin
0.5 oz. Cinnamon syrup
Ginger beer
0.25 oz. Cherry Brandy (a capful)

Fill a highball glass with ice, add the Brockmans Gin and cinnamon syrup and top with ginger beer. Drizzle the Cherry Brandy over the top.
Garnish with a stick of cinnamon and a cherry

BROCKMANS PLUM DELICIOUS
1.5 oz. Brockmans Gin
1.0 oz. Calvados
1.0 oz. Apricot Liqueur
0.5 oz. Grapefruit juice
Orange bitters

Add all ingredients & muddle with 2 fresh plums in a shaker with a dash of orange bitters. Shake over ice, strain into a tumbler filled with a large ice ball.
Garnish with a thin slice of plum.

BROCKMANS SATIN MAROON
1.0 oz. Brockmans Gin
0.25 oz. Fresh ginger juice
Splash of Cherry Bitters
Vial of Silver Satin (edible sugar-lustre)
Prosecco
Physard (aromatic) Bitters
Sugar cube

Pour the first four ingredients into a shaker of ice and stir, then strain into a chilled coupe glass and top with Prosecco.
Garnish: Soak a sugar cube with Physard Bitters and drop it into the glass.
